About CRMS
CRMS was developed in 2001 to create a network of railcar service related facilities, to provide our customers with a central point of contact for the shopping of their railcar fleet. CRMS is the outsourced sales department for the facilities we represent. Our contractual relationship allows both CRMS and the facilities to work as an extension of one another. These facilities have agreed with the advantages of outsourcing their sales efforts and the ability of all parties working together to develop win/win/win relationships.
Utilizing an experienced staff, and daily contact with the facilities, we can assist in directing cars to specific facilities, based on maintenance requirements, minimizing throughput, and attempting to reduce overall costs. This assistance could further provide an additional element in your effective fleet utilization.
CRMS has expanded the variety of services we offer based on requirements and needs of our customers. Our business has expanded based on our customer(s) trust and confidence in CRMS.
